Meet Trinity Collier, an enthusiastic MEd candidate and intern at the University of Puget Sound, with a foundational background in Psychology from Oregon State University. Trinity is deeply committed to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, relationship and sex issues, and the journey of discovering personal meaning and values. Her clinical toolkit is enriched with certifications in Crisis Counseling, illustrating her preparedness to handle acute psychological challenges.

Trinity's therapeutic approach is multi-faceted, combining Existential and Mindfulness-based therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), feminist therapy, and creative modalities like somatic exercises and art activities. She emphasizes a holistic perspective, ensuring her clients feel fulfilled in various life aspects including work, relationships, health, and spirituality.

She believes that genuine trust and connection within the therapeutic relationship are crucial for effective change. Trinity views this relationship as a safe space where clients can experiment with new ways of being, allowing them to implement these discoveries into their everyday lives.

The therapeutic process, as Trinity sees it, is egalitarian. She prefers to journey alongside her clients, exploring major life contexts and concerns, and empowering them to direct the course of their therapy based on their intrinsic knowledge of what’s best for them.

Drawing from personal experiences of significant grief and loss from a young age, Trinity has a profound understanding of the importance of creating a meaningful life. This personal journey deeply informs her passion for helping clients discover their own values and meaning.

Trinity is eager to engage with clients who are enthusiastic about learning and growth, particularly those exploring their personal identity and eager to make proactive changes in their lives. Her ideal clients include individuals and couples committed to deeper self-understanding and relationship enhancement.

Outside of her professional role, Trinity is an avid adventurer and artist, enjoying rock climbing, skiing, running, backpacking, knitting, and painting. She has completed two sprint triathlons and aspires to one day tackle an Ironman, reflecting her dedication to personal challenges and resilience.

In addition to her academic and clinical pursuits, Trinity contributes her skills as a Volunteer Crisis Counselor with Crisis Text Line, further demonstrating her commitment to supporting those in immediate need. Trinity Collier combines her robust educational background, personal life experiences, and a dynamic therapeutic approach to offer a compassionate and effective therapy experience for all her clients.
