Her therapeutic approach is client-centered, relational, and deeply collaborative. Ania believes in a depth-oriented and holistic practice that incorporates body, emotions, mind, and spirit, alongside consideration of family, social, and community systems. She views therapy as a relational journey where she walks alongside clients, helping illuminate life-long patterns and fostering authentic changes through incremental shifts.

Emphasizing exploration and curiosity, Ania starts each session by clarifying client goals and understanding obstacles, maintaining an open dialogue to ensure therapy meets their evolving needs. Her practice is underpinned by continuous clinical supervision and training to maintain the highest standards of care.

Her community involvement includes facilitating SMART Recovery meetings, volunteering with BARKA to support holistic services for the houseless and addicted, and fundraising for crisis support in Haiti.
